The launch price of $3.99/sq ft covers the floor, the installation, removing and hauling away your old carpet and pad, and a standard cleanup.

What is quoted separately

Why floor preparation matters
Floating LVP needs a surface that meets the manufacturer's flatness requirements. Low spots, abrupt height changes or leftover adhesive can cause movement and visible joints. We check the slab or subfloor at the free measure and list any leveling in your written quote before work starts. Learn more about removal and floor preparation.
Whole-home LVP
For larger projects, we plan the plank direction around the main sight lines, hallways and doorways so the floor reads as one continuous surface from room to room.
