Tile is priced from the room, not from a package rate

The published prices on this website are for waterproof luxury vinyl plank with our in-stock material. Tile is the other specialty, and it does not use that rate. A floor of large porcelain, a backsplash full of outlet cuts, and a shower with a curb all take different prep. The written quote lists the scope before any work starts.

Showers and wet areas

A shower wall is not a dry wall with tile on it. At the measure we look at the substrate and say whether waterproofing is part of the job. Until that is confirmed in writing, this page does not name a brand, a warranty length or a license number.

Prep under the tile

Tile shows every ridge in the surface under it. If old flooring, adhesive or an uneven spot has to be corrected first, that work is listed on the quote. See floor removal and preparation for the published add-on prices used when prep is part of an LVP job. Tile prep is quoted with the tile scope.

Is there a published price per square foot for tile?

No. Tile is quoted after a free measure because the price depends on the tile size, the room, demolition and the prep the surface needs. The $3.99 per square foot figure on this website is only the waterproof LVP package.
