Labor only from $2.00/sq ft
If you already have the planks, installation labor starts at $2.00 per square foot. The final number depends on the rooms, the layout, stairs and the condition of the floor underneath, so we confirm it on a written quote after the free measure. Carpet removal is $0.50/sq ft, tile removal starts at $2.00/sq ft, and there is a $400 dumpster fee when we haul the debris. Shoe molding / quarter round is a separate charge at $2.99 per linear foot ($3.99/LF painted or floor-matched).

Before we install your material
- Have the boxes on site and unopened; we check product, color/lot and quantity before starting.
- Order roughly 10% extra for cuts and waste (more for diagonal layouts or many small rooms).
- Let the planks sit in the home if the manufacturer's instructions call for acclimation.
- Tell us about underlayment, transitions and baseboard/quarter round you bought, so we know what is missing.
