LVP installation FAQs
Is $3.99 per square foot really installed?
Yes. The Promo includes waterproof LVP in our in-stock colors, installation, carpet and pad removal and haul-off, and standard cleanup. Package price for 500 sq ft and up. Plus ($4.49/sq ft) adds shoe molding and a moisture barrier. Floor leveling, tile or glued-floor removal, transitions, stairs, toilet reset and furniture moving are quoted separately at the free measure.
What is the difference between Promo, Plus and Premium?
Promo ($3.99) is our in-stock waterproof LVP installed with carpet removal. Plus ($4.49) adds new shoe molding and a moisture barrier. Premium (from $4.99) uses a thicker plank; the exact price depends on the plank you choose.
Is LVP good with pets and kids?
Yes. The planks are waterproof and easy to clean, so spills and pet accidents wipe up. For heavy traffic and big dogs, ask about the thicker Premium plank.
Can you install over a concrete slab?
Yes. Most Jacksonville homes are on slabs. We check flatness and moisture at the free measure. The Plus package includes a moisture barrier. Uneven areas are leveled for an extra charge (from $75/bag).
How long does it take?
You get a written quote within 24 hours of the free measure, with your install date. Because the Promo LVP is in stock, there is no waiting on special orders.
Do I need to move the furniture?
You can clear the rooms yourself, or we move regular furniture for $50 per room. Pianos, safes and aquariums are not included.
Do you offer a military or first-responder discount?
Yes — military, veterans and first responders, ask about 5% off when you book your free measure.
What if my project is under 500 sq ft?
